General Elections can be stressful.
So – why not pop in to St Giles’ before or after casting your vote and listen to some soothing organ music? Come and go as you please. It’s free, wine will be available and you’re more than welcome to have a wander around St Giles’ as the music is being played.
You could use the time as an opportunity to make that fateful final voting decision. Or contemplate how you may have just voted for the wrong candidate. The choice is yours – but enjoy the music all the same.
A non-stop programme of easy listening classics played by St Giles’ organist Ashley Valentine will feature music by Boellman, Brahms, Dvorak, Elgar, Guilmant, Jongen, Mendelssohn, Parry, Pierné, Vierne and Whitlock.
Performances take place at 12.30pm and 7.30pm on the day. This event is being held in association with the Friends of St Giles’ Charity. All very welcome.
